The main objectives of SAYN are:

Educate

Train young people in skills that help them to find a job and fulfil themselves professionally. Amongthese skills we have identified: flexibility, goal-oriented thinking, decision-making and teamwork, leadership, confidence, active participation, cooperation, ability to work in an international environment, and ability to create networks.

Empower

Increase the skills of youth workers to support and empower young people in building their workingfuture, especially by involving those with fewer opportunities.

Diffuse

Exchange skills and best practices internationally between organizations working in the youth field, developing a sport-based educational methodology to face youth unemployment.

Finally, SAYN will work on the horizontal priority of the Erasmus + program concerning inclusive societies, addressing a target group (young NEETs) who is strongly at risk of social exclusion.
